PC Health Checks

We offer two standard PC Health Check packages:

Basic:
This includes Virus checking and removal, Adware and Spyware removal, hardware checks and hard drive diagnostics, optimisation of your computers start up and an internal clean.  Your computers’ spec will also be made available to you.

Complete:
This includes the Basic package as well as operating system and licensed software updates and latest available fixes (Broadband connection required), data backup (My Documents) and a full system diagnostic check-up.

Support Contracts

We can install wired and wireless networks.  We can secure your networks to ensure data and computers are protected.

Broadband

We can set up, install and test your Broadband service.  Once your service is enabled by your provider, we can install all the hardware and software required.

Internet and Email

We can set up your Internet and Email.

PDF Creation

We can create PDF files for you from any electronic document.

Impartial Advice

We can offer you impartial advice.

We are independent of any computer supplier (hardware and software) and can therefore advise you without prejudice.  We will not bombard you with technical jargon, just simple, easy to understand English.

We do not offer free technical support.

Tuition and Help

We offer a home tuition and help service, tailored to suit your needs and personal requirements.  Both software and hardware tuition is available.

Free Software

Don’t like paying high prices for commercial software?  We can offer advice on free software available to you to meet your needs.  This also includes free Anti-Virus software.

Virus Checking and Removal

We can check your system for Viruses and remove where/if necessary.

Adware, Spyware and Spam Cleaning

We can clean your computer of any malicious Adware/Spyware/Spam.

Data Backups and Restoration

We offer a Data Backup and Restoration service.  Data is backed up to DVD for later restoration if required.
