Terms and Conditions
Our Terms and Conditions are as follows:
No Fix - No Fee
Our policy means that if we are not able to resolve or repair the problem, then no charge will be made.
If we are able to resolve or repair the problem but prevented from doing so if you request us not to proceed, charges will apply up to that point.
If we are not able to resolve or repair the problem because you do not possess the required software or valid licence information, charges will apply up to that point.
Exemptions:
Any work relating to Virus and/or Adware checking and removal.
Any work relating to Laptops, Netbooks (or similar portable devices).
Any work relating to Broadband (or similar connections).
Payment
Payments can be made via cash, cheque (with valid Debit Card information), PayPal (plus 5% additional fees) and by invoice for Businesses (14 days net).
Henton's Computer Services may, at any time, require payment in advance or satisfactory security that invoice will be paid when due.
If you fail to comply with any of the terms hereof, Henton’s Computer Services reserves the right to withhold further services or terminate the agreement of sale with oral or written notice and any unpaid amount shall thereupon become due.
All unpaid balances are subject to a five percent (5%) finance charge per month if not paid within the agreed terms.
